1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Crystal Clean Dream Team, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Crystal Clean Dream Team offers a variety of residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
• Residential Cleaning
• Commercial Cleaning
• Post-Construction Cleaning
• Janitorial Cleaning
• Office Cleaning
• Deep Cleaning
• Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
• Window Cleaning
• Carpet Cleaning
• Floor Care and Maintenance
3. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Pricing may be subject to change based on site conditions discovered during the service that differ from the initial assessment.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For recurring services, payment is typically due upon completion of each service visit. For larger commercial projects, a deposit may be required with the balance due upon completion. We accept e-transfer, cheque, cash, and credit card.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
We will make every effort to provide services on the scheduled date. Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
6. Property Access
Customer agrees to provide clear and safe access to all areas requiring cleaning. Any obstacles, hazards, or valuable items should be secured or disclosed before our arrival. If access is not available at the scheduled time, a missed appointment fee may apply.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing safe and clear access to all areas to be cleaned
• Removing or securing pets during service visits
• Disclosing any hazardous materials, mold, or biohazard conditions prior to service
• Securing valuable, fragile, or sentimental items
• Ensuring adequate lighting and utilities (water, electricity) are available
• You must be 18+ to employ our services
• Promptly notifying us of any concerns with completed work within 24 hours
8. Our Responsibilities
Crystal Clean Dream Team commits to:
• Arriving on time for scheduled appointments
• Using professional-grade cleaning products and equipment
• Employing trained and background-checked cleaning professionals
• Respecting your property and privacy
• Addressing any concerns promptly and professionally
9. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work and strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will make every effort to address your concerns. Re-cleaning of unsatisfactory areas will be provided at no additional charge when notified within this timeframe.
10. Limitation of Liability
Crystal Clean Dream Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
We are not responsible for:
• Damage to items that were not disclosed as fragile or valuable
• Pre-existing damage to surfaces, fixtures, or furnishings
• Damage resulting from poor maintenance or wear and tear
• Stains or damage that cannot be removed despite professional cleaning efforts
• Loss of items that were not properly secured by the customer
11. Insurance
Crystal Clean Dream Team carries liability insurance for your protection. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
12. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive text messages from Crystal Clean Dream Team, you agree to the following:
You may receive text messages related to appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service reminders, quote follow-ups, special promotions, and customer support.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies. You will not receive more than 10 marketing messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your unsubscription.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

13. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect your privacy and will keep all information about your property and personal details confidential. Our staff is trained to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.
14. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate recurring service agreements with 7 days’ written notice. Crystal Clean Dream Team reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any customer for reasons including but not limited to: unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior toward staff, repeated late cancellations, or non-payment.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will post any changes on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
17. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be submitted to mediation before pursuing legal action.
